Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a courier to collect the items and deliver them to us for review. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return for quality and hygiene, you will be notified of the outcome regarding your store credit.
If approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at bevy.thelabel@gmail.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective or incorrect. Please attach an image of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
